Returns, refunds, damages, and shipping

Returns
If you can find a reason to not love our Lids, we will gladly accept your return at info@kycolids.com as long as your hat is unworn, in its original condition and within 30 days of your order.

Refunds
If you are expecting a refund, please allow 10-12 days for it to appear on your form of payment. 

Shipping
Shipping is always free. Please allow 5-7 days from your order date for your order to arrive. If your Lid does not make it to you due to shipping issues, we will gladly handle.

Damages
If you find an activity that your KYCO Lids didn't make it through, or wear and tear, shoot us an email and we will make it right. We are not responsible for accidental damages.
